Acquisition & Disposal – 54 Ayres Street London SE1

Advised the Glass and Glazing Federation on the acquisition and subsequent disposal of their 9,000 sq ft office headquarters sold for c.£9 million.

Acquisition & Disposal – Toplin House Ferndale Road, Brixton, London SW9

Advised on the acquisition by Dorrington and the subsequent disposal to Squire and Partners a 55,000 sq ft vacant office and retail building sold for c.£19.10 million.

Disposal – Portland & Riding Estate Great Portland Street London W1

Advised Great Portland Estates plc on the sale of 36,410 sq ft mixed use office, residential and retail investment sold for £50 million to M&G.

Disposal – 13 Harley Street London W1

Advised Blue Coast Capital on the vacant sale of a vacant 5,480 sq ft office building for £6.10m to an owner occupier

Disposal – Marlborough House 10 Earlham Street Covent Garden London WC2

Advised private clients on the sale of mixed use 2,902 sq ft part vacant office and retail investment sold to Shaftsbury plc for £5.50 million.

Acquisition– Fitzpatrick Portfolio London

Advised Development Securities plc (now U+I plc) on the purchase of a  5 building portfolio of offices, residential and D1 in Islington, Camden and Kings Cross for circa £17m

Disposal – Arts Building, Finsbury Park, London N4

Advised U+I plc on the sale of a 44,000 sq ft office and retail investment sold to a private buyer for C£22 million.
