Paul is an equity partner of BDG Sparkes Porter.

Paul is a Fellow of both the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Association of Building Engineers.  His experience is reflected in his membership of the Building Surveying, Valuation, Commercial and Residential Groups of the RICS.

In 2010 he was awarded an Honorary Fellowship of the Royal College of General Practitioners for services to the College.

Paul advises on rent reviews and lease renewals although his reputation has been built primarily on his dilapidations counsel. He acts for a broad range of clients and has become increasingly active in the 'third sector' including charities, not-for-profit and voluntary organisations.
